ylroad® stands behind the quality of our products. We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Custom-made trailers are non-returnable unless defective

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
